Cancellation Policies
Cancellation for Low Season (Sept 16th to May 30th) and for Short Stays- less than 7 days)
Must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking to receive refund.
Cancellations made within 1 day of the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one night's stay.
Cancellation for reservations for 7 nights or more
For stays booked for 7 days or longer, guests must cancel more than 2 days prior to their scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 days of the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one night's stay.
Seasonal Cancellation Policy
From June 1st to September 15th, guests staying 6 nights or less are required to provide at least 48 hours notice prior to their scheduled arrival date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one night's stay.
Early Departure Policy
We kindly remind our guests that payment for the full duration of their reserved stay is required, even if they choose to depart earlier than planned. No refunds or reductions in the total amount will be provided for early departures.
Force Majeure Policy
In the event of a force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, government regulations, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from fulfilling our obligations, we reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations and bookings without prior notice.
Guests affected by such events will be offered the following options:
Rescheduling: We will work with you to reschedule your stay to a later date, subject to availability.
Refunds: In cases where rescheduling is not possible, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Cleaning Policy for Raven's Landing
1. Regular Cleaning Schedule:
The room will not be cleaned while a guest is occupying the unit.
For guests staying longer than one week, a light cleaning of the unit will be provided once a week.
2. Scheduling Light Cleanings:
Light cleaning will be scheduled at a time that is agreed upon between Raven's Landing and the guest.Guests are responsible for coordinating with Raven's Landing to arrange a suitable time for the cleaning.
3. Requesting Additional Cleanings:
Requests for additional cleanings outside of the scheduled weekly light cleaning cannot be guaranteed. Should additional cleaning be requested and accommodated, a fee of $40 will be charged for each light cleaning session.
Pets
Although we are pet lovers, Raven’s Landing does not accept guests traveling with pets.
